In no event will UNIVERSAL BLEND PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for any damages whatsoever in an amount in excess of any purchase made on the website and if no purchase is made, in an amount in excess of INR 100.

7.1. Advertising The enterprise uses some third parties to administer a limited set of advertisements on our Website and portals. During this process, none of your Personal Information is leaked. 14. APPLICABLE LAW:

14.2. The ‘date of receipt’ shall be the ‘date of delivery’ recorded in the register of the courier delivery service.
14.3. Courier/Transport charges for returning the goods will have to borne by the customer. The refund amount will be limited to only what was paid at the time of purchase on the website.
14.4. ‘Date of returns receipt’ shall be the date on which the courier service delivers the goods to the enterprise at the address mentioned under the ‘Returns Policy’ as per the courier service’s records.
14.5. The ‘date of receipt’ shall be the ‘date of delivery’ recorded in the register of the courier delivery service.
