Return and Exchange Policy

This Return and Exchange Policy is issued and governed by UNIVERSALBLEND PRIVATE LTD, the registered entity that owns and operates the brand NUDE. By making a purchase through our official website or any authorized channel, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. This document supersedes all previous versions of the return/exchange policy and is effective from the date of its publication.

1. NO GENERAL RETURNS – EXCEPT FOR PRODUCTS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION

UNIVERSALBLEND PRIVATE LTD maintains a strict no return policy, with the sole exception being when a customer receives a product in a damaged or defective condition. No returns shall be accepted for any other reason, including but not limited to change of mind, sizing issues, style preference, or delivery delays.

A return may be initiated only if all the following conditions are met:

The product was received in a physically damaged or defective condition.

The customer reports the damage by emailing proof (clear images/videos) to our support team within 12 hours of receiving the product.

The original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact and retained at the time of initiating the claim.

Failure to notify UNIVERSALBLEND PRIVATE LTD within 12 hours from delivery time shall render the return request null and void, even if the product is damaged.

Once the claim is verified and approved by our team:

A replacement product will be shipped (subject to availability), OR

A store credit will be issued for the full value of the product, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

No cash refunds or bank reversals will be provided under any circumstance.

Products returned for replacement must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition in which they were received. Any tampering, wear, or use will lead to immediate disqualification of the return.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY – STRICTLY FOR PREPAID ORDERS ONLY

UNIVERSALBLEND PRIVATE LTD offers an exchange facility under the following strict conditions and only for orders paid in advance (prepaid orders):

Exchange Eligibility:

The original order must be placed using any prepaid payment method (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).

The request for exchange must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges will be considered for sizing issues or design preferences only, and are subject to availability of stock.

Process to Initiate Exchange:

Customer must write to [insert official email] with:

Order ID

Reason for exchange

Product photos in unused and original condition

Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned product, the exchange product will be shipped OR store credit will be issued.

Conditions for Exchange Approval:

The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Products showing signs of wear, wash, or tampering will be rejected for exchange.

Other Important Terms:

No exchange will be processed more than once per order.

No exchanges are allowed on:

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders

Sale/discounted products

Products purchased using special coupon codes or offers

No refund to original payment method will be made for exchanged items. Only replacements or store credits will be issued.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS – NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ALLOWED

All orders placed under the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

No exchanges will be offered for COD orders, regardless of the reason (including sizing or style dissatisfaction).

No returns or refunds will be processed for COD orders.

Customers preferring flexibility or potential exchange eligibility are advised to choose prepaid payment modeswhile placing their order.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNIVERSALBLEND PRIVATE LTD is not responsible for any delays, misplacement, or damage occurring due to courier or logistics partners after dispatch.

Our responsibility is limited to product quality at the point of dispatch and verified damage during delivery within the terms defined in this policy.

In all cases, the final decision on returns or exchanges will be made solely by UNIVERSALBLEND PRIVATE LTD, and such decisions shall be final, binding, and not subject to dispute.
